What Is Growth Track
We believe the Christian life is a journey. And like every journey there are steps to be taken. No matter where you are on your journey, whether you are a spiritual seeker, or have had a relationship with God for years, there is always a next step that can be taken.
We want to make sure everyone knows God. Not just know about God, but for each person to know Him personally and have a genuine relationship with Him. The primary way we introduce people to God is through our services. Our services are designed with our guests in mind, even those who have never been a part of a church before.
We believe every believer needs to experience freedom. Freedom from their sins, freedom from their bondage, and freedom from their yesterday. At New Hope, we help you find freedom through Small Groups. We believe true freedom and life change happens in the context of relationships. In a Small Group, you’ll build the relationships necessary to help you live a free and victorious life.
We believe God designed you with a specific plan and a special purpose. Our goal is to help you discover what that purpose is. We accomplish this through a process called Growth Track.
We believe the reason God designed you with specific gifts and a purpose is to ultimately make a difference in the lives of others. Here at New Hope, we serve God by serving others. We accomplish this by giving you the opportunity to use your gifts and passions to join a team and serve others on a Sunday. The teams of people here at New Hope that make us who we are, is known collectively as the Dream Team. Through the Dream Team, you have the amazing opportunity to make a difference in the life of someone else.
Growth Track Classes
Growth Track is three consecutive classes that help you connect to the vision, connect to your purpose, and show you how you can use that purpose to impact the lives of others.
Connect with New Hope and discover the ins and outs of the church, learn details about beliefs, leadership, and church government, how we handle money, and how we intentionally organize our church. You will also have the opportunity to become a New Hope member. Step One takes place on the first Sunday of every month.
Dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and begin the journey of discovering your purpose in life and how you can make a difference in the lives of others. Step Two takes place on the second Sunday of every month.
Find out what it means to make a difference with New Hope and connect to the opportunities available at New Hope to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts. Step Three takes place on the third Sunday of every month.

What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Generational Ministries Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Service Experience Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

Our team prepares for and hosts the New Hopes’ baptism experience.
Our team facilitates Small Groups and Sunday services in state prisons and other correctional facilities and provides prayer support and written letters of encouragement.
Our team serves at conferences and church-wide events by facilitating excellent environments and creating memorable experiences through food, giveaways, and more.
Our team of health care professionals serves by providing basic medical care in the event of an accident or emergency.
Current Medical Certification, Background Check
Our team welcomes people to New Hope as they enter the building and hands out service resources at the entrance to the auditorium.
Our team serves as the hosts of the Growth Track, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at New Hope.
Our team creates a welcoming environment and assists families with checking in, dropping off, and picking up children in our elementary and nursery/preschool areas.
Background check
Our team invests in the lives of children who are in 1st through 5th grade by giving them the opportunity to discover and develop a passion for God through Bible teaching, worship, small groups, prayer, and games.
Background Check
Our team serves children 6 weeks through kindergarten and offers them the opportunity to hear the life-giving message of Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, and hands-on activities.

Our team helps middle school, high school, and college students get connected to our New Hope Students ministry through, Small Groups, retreats, conferences, and serving at the New Hope Students area.
Our team facilitates a powerful, on-stage worship experience by utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists.

Our team helps people identify their next steps by providing resources and information about weekend services, Small Groups, Growth Track, and events.
Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to New Hope by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams, and ministries at New Hope.
Our team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience through the use of lighting, video technology, and audio engineering.
Our team enhances the worship experience by preparing worship guides, communion elements, and providing other products or materials.
Our team is trained to facilitate Small Groups by creating environments where people can experience community, find freedom, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Our team assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.
