The Lord’s House

Matthew 21:13 (NKJV)

13 And He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’ ”

It’s The Lord’s House!

Passion For The Lord’s House

Psalm 69:9 (NLT)

9 Passion for your house has consumed me,

and the insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.

John 2:17 (NLT)

17 Then his disciples remembered this prophecy from the Scriptures: “Passion for God’s house will consume me.”

Jesus is very passionate how we use His house

Prayer And The Lord’s House

Matthew 21:13 (NKJV)

13 And He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’ ”

Prayer is a top priority in the Lord’s house!

The Purpose of the Lord’s House

Matthew 21:14 (NKJV)

14 Then the blind and the lame came to Him in the temple, and He healed them.

Prayer paves the way for the Lord to come in power!

Supernatural Power and The Lord’s House

Luke 4:17-19 (NKJV)

17 And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written:

18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,

Because He has anointed Me

To preach the gospel to the poor;

He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,

To proclaim liberty to the captives

And recovery of sight to the blind,

To set at liberty those who are oppressed;

19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

People are saved in the Lord’s House

People are healed in the Lord’s House

People are delivered in the Lord’s House

Acts 3:1-9 (NKJV)

1 Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour.

2 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple;

3 who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms.

4 And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.”

5 So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them.

6 Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”

7 And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.

8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God.

9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God.

-Good things happen on the way to a prayer meeting

-Good things happen during a prayer meeting

-Good things happen leaving a prayer meeting

Praying for the Power of God to be demonstrated in the Lord’s House once again!

The Promise

Luke 5:16-17 (NKJV)

16 So He Himself often withdrew into the wilderness and prayed.

17 Now it happened on a certain day, as He was teaching, that there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting by, who had come out of every town of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem. And the power of the Lord was present [a]to heal them.

The Power of the Lord was present to heal!
